The Soft Launch

So, if you want to get in my business, let me take you back to the soft launch of our relationship news. Iván, my husband, and I decided to take a Christmas cruise around the Bahamas. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, just the two of us. Little did we know, this trip was going to change our lives in a way we never imagined.

How We Met - Part 1

On the second night of the cruise, Iván and I met Chris. It all went down with a look as we passed each other by, walking out of the club. Chris was smooth, mysterious, and cool. Little did we know Chris and I would accidentally meet later that night and instantly hit it off. After spending the night talking, we went to wake Iván up to continue the party. The three of us spent the next few days together, exploring the ship, enjoying the activities, and getting to know each other. There was this undeniable connection between that only seemed to get stronger. By the end of the cruise, we were all inseparable.

How We Met - Part 2

As the days went by, the bond grew stronger. We realized that what we had was more than just a vacation fling. We were falling for each other, hard. Iván and I had a serious conversation about our feelings and decided to take a leap of faith. We spent the next few months traveling back and forth between Texas and Florida going on dates, stay-cations, and seeing if we can make this throuple thing work. After a few weeks, Chris asked us to be his boyfriends.

Making It Work in Texas

Moving in together was a big step. We had to navigate the dynamics of a throuple, deal with societal judgments, and find a balance that worked for all three of us. But you know what? We made it work. We spent a few incredible months together, sharing our lives, dreams, and everything in between.

Chris brought a new energy into our relationship. He complemented us in ways we didn't even know we needed. Jon and Chris who reminded one another of each other in some frustrating ways challenged each other and helped each other grow. Chris did the same for the dynamic between Jona nd Iván. We celebrated birthdays, holidays, and everyday moments together. It wasn't always easy, but the love and connection we shared made it all worth it.
